Types of Fasts
>Typical Fast: Water-Only
>No Food Fast:
Liquid Only - for example; water, coffee, juice, tea, etc.
>Juice Fast:
A juice fast is a fast where you drink only juice and water (primarily water) and do not eat any food.
>Smoothie Fast (Liquids-Only):
Smoothie fasts allow you to still get lots of servings of fruits, vegetables, protein powders, and whatever else you choose to include in your fast.
>Daniel Fast:
Vegetables, fruits, oil, grains and nuts (no leaven, no dairy, no meats) Water only, no tea/coffee
>Media Fast:
If you are unable (or do not feel led by the Lord) to do any of the food-related fasts, consider doing a social media, video game, or movie (Netflix or other streaming service) fast.
>Other Types of Fasts:
Fast a certain favorite food, coffee, or one thing that you usually spend time doing. You can be creative. Ask the Lord what He would want you to fast during these upcoming 3 days.

- Wisdom for government leaders as they set policies
- Global slowdown in the number of new cases
- Protection of area businesses
- Protection for those in area hospitals and other high-risk individuals
- Provision for our health care system (tests, equipment, facilities, manpower, etc.)
- Provision and protection for our local health care providers
- Wisdom for community leaders in setting area policies.
- Protection of area churches and their ministries
- Protection for those in the church who are high risk
- Protect the income of those whose jobs will be affected
- That this will unite us and not divide us
- Wisdom for Nations leadership
- That we would be a church who demonstrates joy, peace and faith
- That we would care for one another well
