Acts 1:4-5 4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. 5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
Joel 2:28-29
“And it shall come to pass afterward
That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.
29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
John 14:15-17 15 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
John 14:6 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:16 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate(Comforter, Helper) to help you and be with you forever

26 “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father--he will testify about me. 27 And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning.

The 4 are :
1) Intellect: 1 Corinthians 2:11
2) Feelings: Ephesians 4:30
3) Will: 1 Corinthians 12:11

He Teaches – John 14:26
He Convicts – John 16:8-11
He Intercedes for us – Romans 8:26-27
He Guides us into Truth – John 16:13
He Directs our steps – Acts 16:6-7
He Reveals God’s Word to us- 2 Peter 1:21
He can be Tested – Acts 5:9
He can be Lied to – Acts 5:3
He can be Grieved – Ephesians 4:30 , Isaiah 63:10
He can be Resisted – Acts 7:51 ESV
He can be Insulted - Hebrews 10:29
and
He can be Blasphemed – Matthew 12:31-32
